Cancellation Policy

 Our Cancellation Policy Your appointments and well being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur requiring last minute adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. We do not hold a credit card on file, for this reason, all sessions must be prepaid. The cancellation or no show fee will be Half of the prepaid session. The other half will be applied to a future service. We do not issue refunds. If you are running late for your session, you will receive the remaining time of your session since that time is exclusively yours. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
